Diet Mayo Ayyuri

No salt, No rice, No ice, No Drama and No Hopeless !

Belanja dulu, kali ini ditemenin Dwi di Giant Cinere Mall

Dwi : "Lo niat untuk diet kan?"
Ayu : "Iya, 13 hari doang kok"

dan beginilah hasilnya ...

Day 1 : Lunch
( Steam potato, spicy chicken, salad with dressing lime and manggo )

Day 2 : Breakfast
(Black tea + 1 tsp sugar, 1 slice oat breat and tomato)

Day 3 : Dinner
(1 slice oat bread, beans, lettuce, tomato and plain yogurt)
Day 4 : Lunch

(carrots, potato, spinach and egg)

Karena Day 5 ada acara, Aku cheating ! jadi mulai dari awal lagi :(
Whereas, i lost 2 kg !

Day 1 : Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Breakfast ; Black tea + 1 tsp sugar and oat cookies
Lunch : Tofu, celery, corn, lettuce, carrots, egg, potato and papaya
Dinner : Mango and non fat milk
Day 2 : Dinner

(Tofu and Broccoli with chili lime sauce)
Day 3 : Lunch

(Fruit salad)
Day 4 : Lunch

(Steamed chicken with vegetables)

Day 5 : Lunch


(Fruit salad & mango juice)
Day 6 : Breakfast

(squash, bean sprouts, corn and tofu)
Day 7 : Dinner

(soya milk & oat cookies)
Day 8 : Dinner

(Mint tea with low sugar)
Day 9 : Lunch


(mushrooms, tomato, lettuce, corn and broccoli)

Day 10, 11, 12, 13 : Lunch

Day 10 : squash, corn, carrots and macaroni
Day 11 : egg, potato, bean sprouts and bean
Day 12 : egg, cheese, mashed potato, bean, carrots and spinach
Day 13 : egg, potato, bean, tomato and corn

Yaa disamping mulai kurang-kurangin mikirin berat badan, sekarang yuk mikirin berat dosa
